EXPORT ONLY LOT – READ BEFORE BIDDING: Any property listed in the sales catalog “Export Only” may not be entered into the commerce of the United States and must be exported. It is highly recommended that bidders research the exportation process prior to bidding and that they utilize an export broker to assist with the process. EXPORT ONLY ITEMS MUST LEAVE THE UNITED STATES DIRECTLY FROM THE STORAGE FACILITY. NO DIVERSIONS ALLOWED. All Purchasers are responsible for complying with all applicable federal licensing and permit regulations (if applicable) prior to exportation. The failure of the purchaser to obtain necessary licensing, or to complete the export process within the 60-day removal time frame, will result in the forfeiture of any monies paid for the goods and buyer default of purchased property. A properly executed Form 7512 (Exportation Document) and the Release Document must be presented at the time of removal. It is the buyer's responsibility to be aware of export/import laws and restrictions for any country they intend to ship property to.
