Payment: Payment is due within 48 hours of the close of sale for lots that meet reserve, and within 48 hours of notification for lots that didn't meet reserve but are approved after the fact.
Acceptable forms of payment are bank wire, cashier's check and credit cards (Maximum of $20,000 may be paid on credit card. Balance with wire or cashier's check.)
Invoices: Invoices are emailed to successful bidders following the close of the auction for all lots that have met reserve. For auction lots that didn't meet reserve and close as UNSOLD, the government has 72 hours to approve those bids. An updated invoice will be emailed to the high bidder upon approval of lots approved after the close of the sale.
Removal/Shipping: All auction lots must be picked up within three business days for domestic property and sixty business days for Export Only property. Buyer is responsible for coordinating and cost of shipping. Neither CWS nor Amentum ship property for this U.S. Treasury auction.
